Terms & Conditions for Groscart

Welcome to Groscart! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Groscart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle your personal information.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
• By using our Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

• To place orders, you may be required to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Groscart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.

4. Orders and Payments

• Order Placement: Orders can be placed via our Platform. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
• Payment Methods: We accept e.g., Direct Bank Transfers & COD] All payments must be completed before delivery unless COD is selected.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email or notification upon successful payment.
• Cancellation: Groscart reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability of products, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed promptly.

5. Pricing and Promotions

• All prices displayed on the Platform are in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Groscart reserves the right to change prices, promotions, and discounts without prior notice.
• Promotions are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at Groscart’s discretion.

6. Product Availability

• Product availability is subject to stock levels.
• If a product is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and provide an alternative or refund.

7. Delivery

• Delivery Areas: Groscart delivers to Haripur, KPK. Orders outside these areas may not be fulfilled.
• Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Delivery Charges: Charges will be displayed at checkout.
• Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to incorrect information or the absence of the recipient, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility for Returns: Products may be eligible for return if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Return Window: Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refund Policy: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.

9. User Conduct

By using Groscart, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws.
• Disrupt the Platform’s functionality or security.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

• All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Groscart or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent from Groscart.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Groscart is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of these third-party platforms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Groscart provides its services “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groscart disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Groscart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, revenue, or profits.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Groscart, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

Groscart reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or other reasons deemed necessary.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

17. Changes to These Terms

Groscart reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
