- Orders cannot be modified after confirmation. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

1.3 Order Cancellation by Customer
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Cancellation requests can be made through:

- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
1.4 Order Cancellation by Groscart
Groscart reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Items are out of stock.
- Payment issues, such as declined transactions or suspected fraud.
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
- Unforeseen logistical challenges.
If an order is canceled by Groscart, you will be notified promptly, and any payment made will be refunded within 3 business days.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Fresh produce and perishable goods (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat).

- Items purchased under final sale or clearance.
2.3 Return Process
- Returns must be requested within 24hours of delivery.
- To request a return:
