Delivery Information for Groscart
At Groscart, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered accurately and on time. Below are the details about our delivery process, areas we serve, charges, and timelines.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following locations:
- Haripur and all surrounding parts of the city that fall into the district Haripur.
- Areas outside our delivery zones may not be eligible for service.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, you can check by entering your address at checkout or contacting our customer service team.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within1-2hours of order confirmation.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 10pm. Delivery will be completed by 10:45pm on the same day.
- Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next day.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors like high order volumes, holidays, or weather conditions.
3. Delivery Charges
- Standard Delivery Fee: PKR 100 for orders below PKR 1,000.
- Standard Delivery Fee: PKR 200 for orders exceeding PKR 1,000.
Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.
4. Order Tracking
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email or notification with a tracking ID.
- You can track your order status through the “My Orders” section in our app or website.
5. Failed Deliveries
A delivery may fail under the following circumstances:
- The delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
- The recipient is unavailable at the delivery address.
- Delivery was refused by the recipient.
If a delivery fails, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Contactless Delivery
For your safety and convenience, we offer contactless delivery:
- The delivery personnel will leave your order at the designated location (e.g., doorstep or reception).
- Please specify your preference for contactless delivery during checkout.
7. Perishable and Frozen Items
- For perishable or frozen products, we recommend receiving the delivery personally to ensure proper handling.
- Groscart is not responsible for items left unattended for extended periods after delivery.
8. Delivery Restrictions
- Deliveries may not be made to PO Boxes or certain restricted areas.
- Some products may not be available for delivery in specific locations due to local regulations.
9. Delays and Notifications
While we aim for timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur. In such cases:
